Project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Any additional work or changes requested after approval of the initial scope may be subject to additional fees. All content, materials, and information provided by the client must be accurate and lawful, and the client remains responsible for securing necessary rights or permissions for their use.

Belfast Website Designs retains ownership of all design concepts and intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the final approved design or website will transfer to the client, excluding any third-party software, plugins, or licensed materials.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with updated versions made available on request or via our website.
